Meadow grass mixtures 

Pasture mixture 1 - early-ripening

  • The main grass of this mixture is cooksfoot, which ensures both the earliest and the later autumn pasture. It is  a  4-5 year pasture.
  • The recommended sowing 30-35 kg/ha + obr.

Pasture mixture 2 - medium-ripening

  • The main component of this mixture is tall fescue. By adding the perennial ryegrass better taste of the fodder was achieved. It is aimed for the areas with stronger spells of drought. It is a 5-6 year pasture
  • The recommended sowing 35-40 kg/ha + obr.

Pasture mixtures 3 - medium to late-ripening for mountain and submontane regions

  • The main grass components are cat's tail grass and tall fescue. The lower part is formed by meadow grass and red fescue, which ensures the prolificacy of the greensward and together with dutch clover it also ensures the pasture during the summer drought spells. It is a 6-8 year pasture.

Pasture mixture 4 - late-ripening, long-lasting

  • The main grasses are cat's tail grass and tall fescue together with the stoloniferous grasses. It is very suitable for mountain areas in sciolistic, stony soils. It is an 8-10 year pasture.

Meadow mixture 5 - early-ripening

  • The main component is cooksfoot supplemented by hybrid and other kinds of ryegrass, which together with the clovers improve its quality and taste. It is a 3-5 year pasture.
  • The recommended sowing 35-40 kg/ha + obr.

Meadow mixture 6 - medium-ripening

  • In this mixture cat's tail grass and tall fescue prevail. Ryegrass is persistent and stoloniferous grasses ensure good persistency of this mixture. It is suitable for the mountain and submontane regions with later harvest. It is a 5-6 year pasture

Meadow mixture 7 - long lasting for extreme moist conditions

  • The  main component of the mixture is foxtail grass. At triple-cut use the main grass types cannot get too old. It is an 8-10 year pasture.

Meadow mixture 8 - for drier and extreme conditions

  • The main components are tall oat grass and cooksfoot, which provide good fodder harvest in dry and stony soils. It is a 4-6 year pasture
